Xanna

Xanna Bailey is the confetti loving creative behind The Confetti Creative, joined by her friend and creative partner, Zaidy Diaz. Together, they believe life is better with a theme and if you are going to do something, you may as well go all out. They bring color, imagination, and just the right amount of extra to everything they create.

A proud University of South Carolina alum and devoted Gamecock, Xanna lives in Lexington, South Carolina, with her husband, Travis, their two sons, Lincoln and Lennox, and two Siberian huskies, Luna and Waffles. It is a household powered by big ideas, boy mom energy, and an impressive amount of husky hair.

When Xanna is not dreaming up her next creative project, she can usually be found crafting, reading, traveling, or finding a perfectly reasonable excuse to plan something around a theme. With Zaidy by her side, The Confetti Creative is where friendship, art, thoughtful details, and a love of making moments feel extra special all come together. Around here, more is more, and everything deserves a little confetti.

Zaidy

Zaidy Diaz is the joy bringing creative and cofounder of The Confetti Creative. With a heart for celebration and an eye for the little details that make a big difference, she has a special talent for turning simple ideas into moments that feel anything but ordinary.

Originally from Honduras, Zaidy has built a beautiful life in the United States with her husband, Jaime Carvajal, and their two sons, Jimmy and Jeremy. Her family is her greatest inspiration and the heart behind her creativity, determination, and dreams.

Zaidy loves creating personalized decorations, unique party details, and thoughtful touches that make people feel genuinely celebrated. A woman of faith, she believes deeply in kindness, community, gratitude, and showing up for others with love. She brings that same warmth and dedication to everything she creates.

Alongside her friend and fellow cofounder, Xanna Bailey, Zaidy is helping make The Confetti Creative a proudly bilingual company, serving clients in both English and Spanish. Together, they turn ideas into joyful, unforgettable celebrations with plenty of personality and just the right amount of extra.
